Refunds & Returns Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can help.

Because all Wire and Whimsy pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, we will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
