Terms of Service

By placing an order with Wire and Whimsy, you agree to the following terms:

• All items are handmade to order, and slight variations are normal.

• Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created and shipped. Extra time may be needed during busy periods.

• Payment must be received before your order is made.

• Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, but please contact us if there is any issue with your order so we can make it right.
