Fantail

One of NZ’s smallest and cutest native birds, the fantail holds a special spot in many kiwis hearts. Personalise each bird with your favourite custom colour for a special addition to any space.

Our knitted wire fantail is lovingly handcrafted using 100% cotton yarn and 3mm aluminium wire. Each piece is custom made with your choice of colour, please refer to colour chart in the photos. Due to its handmade nature, variation can occur in size, but please use measurements below as a guideline.

NOTE::

To maintain its appearance it is important to avoid any bending, and always handle with care. It is designed for decorative purposes only and should be kept out of reach of children at all times. If the wire becomes visible simply give the icord a gentle tug to recover the wire.

For hanging of the art we recommend using clear command hooks, or push pins. Please avoid the use of Blu-Tack or Velcro as this can damage the yarn.
